A GreenWorks 24V charger blinks red when the incoming pack voltage is below the charger’s acceptance threshold typically around 20V for a 24V pack. To recover the pack, use a charger with a recovery or conditioning mode, or briefly apply a compatible 24V source at low current to bring each cell above 3.0V. Once the pack reads above the acceptance floor, plug it into the standard GreenWorks charger and the red blink should clear within a few minutes.
