3M Hot Melt Adhesive 3748 VO is a 100 percent solids thermoplastic, general purpose hot melt adhesive that forms a strong, flexible bond. It is self extinguishing when the source of combustion is removed and provides good thermal and electrical properties for printed wiring, circuit boards, and other electronic applications. Designed for shock and vibration resistance, it also bonds to difficult plastics such as polyolefins.
