BD-90 – Belt Dressing

500ml Aerosol

BD-90 is a belt dressing that improves performance on all types of belts used in industry. It quickly restores grip, prevents slippage, increases pulling power and extends the life of the belt.

BD-90 prevents the belt drying out, hardening or glazing and stops belt squeaks. Exhibits excellent adhesion to the belt surface, preventing fling-off.

Ideal for use on belts in humid or outdoor environments: protects against oxidation and moisture.

Application: BD-90 can be used on all types of flat, round or v-belts made from rubber, leather, plastic or fabric found on a wide range of machinery including conveyors, compressors, pumps, generators and lift trucks.

Application

BD-90 can be used on all types of flat, round or v-belts made from rubber, leather, plastic or fabric found on a wide range of machinery including conveyors, compressors, pumps, generators and lift trucks.

Directions for use

• Turn off machinery and ensure that belts are stationary.
• Shake the can well and spray a light even coating from 15 to 20 cm onto the pulling sides of the belt.
• Allow the solvent to evaporate away before re-starting the equipment.
• Re-apply periodically in order to ensure continued performance.
• BD-90 can be removed if necessary with solvent based cleaner such as TF- 90 / Partcode CAN32774. Check for materials compatibility.
