Simpson MASOZ-R25 Musdill Anchor – Zmax Pkg 25

The MASOZ mudsill anchor is an excellent choice for factory-built, sheathed wall panels. It offers similar advantages to our popular MASA connector but eliminates the need for additional field-installed blocking for sheathed walls. Once the MASOZ is installed and the concrete has cured, sheathed wall panels can be craned into place without the hassle of aligning sill plate bolt holes with cast-in-place anchor bolts. Additionally, the MASOZ reduces labor costs compared to post-installed anchors by eliminating the need for a separate crew to drill and set anchors. The MASOZ comes standard with our ZMAX coating, works with standard form boards, and is code-listed by ICC-ES under the 2021 IBC and IRC.
