4.0in. Flared Hole Die by SPC Performance
Light Racing flared hole dies strengthen and lighten your chassis. Used in sheet metal fabrications to provide rigidity and strength to flat, unsupported panels, they’re manufactured from high-quality hardened tool steel and can flare holes up to 0.090 in. using chromoly or 0.125 in. using mild steel. Beginning with comprehensive finite element analysis supported by extensive prototype testing, the Light Racing flared hole dies are engineered to provide the optimum combination of performance attributes.
